Barbara Zulick has been working with families and individuals for 40 years
Ms. Zulick focuses her practice on family law and estate planning and administration. She graduated from St. Lawrence University, cum laude, with a multi-field major in French, English and History of Art. She then received her J.D. degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 1976, her Estate Planning Certificate, cum laude, in 1995 and finally her Masters in Law in Taxation in 1997, also from Temple. In 2013, she received her Certificate in Mediation Intensive Training from the Center for Mediation in Law.
Ms. Zulick is the co-author of two textbooks, Pennsylvania Divorce Code Annotated and Pennsylvania Support Practice, now available in their 2023 editions, which can be viewed at the publisher’s website, www.bisel.com.
Ms. Zulick was the Co-President of Collaborative Law Professionals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, (formerly Collaborative Family Law Affiliates), a collaborative practice group in the Delaware Valley of southeastern Pennsylvania, from 2010 to May 2015. She was also the Co-Chair of the Collaborative Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association from 2012 to 2015.
Ms. Zulick is a member of the Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania Bar Associations and their respective Family Law and Probate and Tax Sections. For two years, in 2004 and 2005, she chaired the Montgomery Bar Association’s Probate and Tax Section and previously, in 2001, chaired the Association’s Family Law Section.
